Our Team

Daniel Lolljee

Manager

I began my social care journey at the age of 17, gaining my foundation through a range of local authority–run services. My early experience spanned day services, community support, residential care, and supported living for older adults, individuals with physical disabilities, adults with learning disabilities, and people with mental health support needs. After ten years as a support worker, I discovered a deep passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. This inspired me to pursue leadership roles where I could influence positive change, empower support teams, and champion a truly person-centred approach to care delivery.

Over the past 27 years, my management experience has enabled me to oversee a variety of services, including live-in care, step-down services, complex and challenging needs provision, supported living, and residential homes. These experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded social care professional with extensive knowledge of sector principles, best-practice techniques, and their application in complex, real-world situations.

I have a proven track record of enhancing and developing services to achieve the strongest possible outcomes for the people we support. My next chapter is the development of Create Support Ltd—a service built on my ethos, values, and commitment to ethical practice. Through this work, I aim to bring meaningful, positive change to the lives of vulnerable adults and help ensure they receive the compassionate, person-centred support they deserve
